Saddam Execution Video

It's grainy video and he has to pull off of Saddam at multiple times, but he doesn't appear to be languishing in agony/suffering at the moment of death. Not only that, but there is a noticable gap between the opening of the trap door and him being carted out... Conspiracy theories, anyone?

how bout regardless of whether it's him or not, is that the moment of expiration is noticably absent, you can't see it. why not get the image of him swinging? certainly, from a photojournalistic sense, that is the money shot.

The decision to not wear a hood seemed a little unusual and something you could say was part of the set-up to "prove" he was dead.

"Saddam" in the video looks just like the guy who manages the AM/PM just around the corner from me. If there was any way to get him to say "would you like any lottery tickets?" I would know for sure, but it appears to be too late.

If true, then it's Saddam's bad luck that the guy had the time to hit a convenience store beforehand!
