Re: Help me out on the river
Righ out of the gate, a true International Playboy would've capped the flop.
On the river, sure as hell looks like trip jacks. Call and get mad at him for not folding his JTo. |

Re: Help me out on the river
If I cap the flop I might not be able to get my raise in on the turn to get: more money in the pot, and or, put maximum pressure on the BB to fold.

Re: Help me out on the river
I think the flop play is fine, make a crying call on the river.
On the flop, you have two opponents, even after the raise PF, and the 3 bet on the Flop... From that point on I'd call it down, and hope your opponents overplayed overcards. |

[ QUOTE ]
If I cap the flop I might not be able to get my raise in on the turn to get: more money in the pot, and or, put maximum pressure on the BB to fold. [/ QUOTE ] Hmmm, so let's see: you just presented BB with 4.75:1 to call and he didn't seem to worried about it. On the turn, playing it your way, you presented him with 5.25:1 to call; nice work putting maximum pressure on him. Also, at some point, UTG may come to the realization that his TP isn't all that good (especially if an overcard falls, which you wouldn't be too happy about either unless it was a Q), in which case you're not: getting more money in the pot. This isn't 10/20...remember where your decimal place is, and stop trying to be tricky. |
