Santa left a pocket sized pistol under the tree for me. It's strictly a carry gun but that's not something I've done before. My state hands out carry permits to most everyone after some paperwork and fingerprints. I've never been printed and as an honest citizen I have no past worries but this does bother me just a little.

What worries more is, well, me. It just seems like a fellow with my personality would be a bit more likely to tell someone to go [censored] themself knowing that I have the ultimate out. I'm sober and mostly social but not too tolerant of morons. I've haven't been in any sort of fight in 30 years. Balance that against the potential to successfully defend yourself if needed. I just dunno.

Please include whether or not you yourself carry when replying. I'm gonna guess that that's less than 5% of this board.
