It's fine, though I'd bet slightly more on the flop and turn. It really doesn't matter much though.

I personally complete the SB with a decent hand when two players have limped in the early levels.
I dont think its a big leak to fold a lot there, but you are giving up 7-1 in odds and the possibility to stack a player who flop top pair when you flop two pairs.

As long as your post flop play is respectable, you should certainly call. I almost always complete this for 10 more chips because I know when to get away from KJ on a KQ8 flop (like many 2p2ers, not suggesting that makes me 'good'), but also I consider myself good enough postflop to make the most out of my hands if I hit a respectable board.

Overall, as mentioned, it's certainly not 'bad' but I think my game is better suited for it.
