Default auto-import tourney summaries from Stars

I'm having trouble doing this...

When I select tournies and say import, it either says import unsuccessful or it tries 300 times and doesn't get anything. I do have stars open, and I am logged in, so that's not the problem. Also, the tournies I try to import are finished and i'm not playing when I do it, so these also aren't problems.

Anyone else experiencing trouble with this? Any ideas?

Have you set the correct path to the HH files?

stars is experiencing issues with this feature right now, according to the e-mail i received from their support. if you e-mail support directly with the list of tournaments you need, they will take care of it for you.

if you see the Requests, Tournament History option in the stars client is greyed out, it means there is a pending request. it does seem to be working, but it's taking 10-15 minutes per tournament request, far beyond the timeout value in PT.
