Default Game play stratagy

Ok. Not quite sure this is in the right forum. (Maybe it will end up in BBV...lol)

But I wanted to get hypothetical hand advice from the 2p2 crowd.

Hypothetical game. The betting limits are unimportant. Players range from pathetic, to horrible, with a spakling of average players and sometimes but rarely a rock solid player.

What starting hands would you

A: Play, and in what position?
B: Raise and in what position?
C: Ram and Jam?

The game plays with a full table, with average of 8 people seeing the flop for 4 bets preflop.

The bets DO NOT double on the turn.

Table is not scared of any board, and will more often than not have 6 ways on the turn and 4 on the river.

The flop will usually bring 2 bets average, but 50% of the time it is 4 bets.

I am interested in what value you place on draws in a game like this as well.
