absurd 2/5 deep - thinnest decision ever for 220bb stacks with lag
OK- 2/5 NL at Tropicana in AC
I am playing relatively loose, pretty aggro from position. Villan is a super LAG raising about 40/40 at the table. Very good player though and noone gives him respect- Myflushy (full tilt 25/50) is also at the table. Villan has shown that he will go to the felt with total air. (He went to the felt with 72o against aces on a scary board) He is a sicko but capable of complicated thinking. Anyway- SB- Villan UTG- Myflushy UTG+2- HERO Button- Decent TAG Effective Stacks= $1,100 I limp j10o, Button raises to $22, Villan Call BB Call, I Call. Flop = 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villan Check, BB Check I lead for $50, Button Fold Villan Raise to $150, I call. Turn= 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Pot= $430 Villan Bet $200, I call Pot = $830 River = k [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Villan pushes for about 1k which has me covered. I ??????????????????????????? I know this seems obvious- but this guy literally had ATC and i know that he understood my holding and that i really wanted to control the pot against him- and he would not allow me to do so. I thought about pushing the turn but I had seem him 2 barrel bluff people and then check the river OOP when he thought they would call even tho he could only win the hand by betting. Thoughts on all streets please. |

Re: absurd 2/5 deep - thinnest decision ever for 220bb stacks with lag
fold the flop because you need KT+ calling on the flop i'd say tobe able to safely call the push on the river by the overcard.
