Default 1 out for 1k .... standard

Playing 2/5NL at winstar in OK an hour into the session or so a good playing regular, Soma, sits down at the table to my right. We have played a lot with eachother and he knows me to be tagish. He has $475 I just barely cover.

Soma limps UTG+1, I overlimp 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] in mp2, button raises to $25, sb calls, bb calls, soma calls as do I.

Flop ($125) A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

blinds check, Soma bets $50, I raise to $150, 3 folds, Soma calls 100 more

Turn ($425) A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

He checks, I check

River ($425) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Soma pushes for $300 I grin and show him the bad news

A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] no good

Like JB said, "I guess one is all you need."

Just cash out everything you won, then buy back in for the minimum

I know this is not a strategy forum, but on the flop I think your raise size is horrible.

I think you should either push allin here or call.

If the turn comes something like the J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] or other blank, you are in a tough situation.
