Help! Proposing to GF in Vegas, need ideas.

Hello,

I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend in vegas in a couple of weeks. Any suggestions on where or how to pull this off would be greatly appreciated.

So far the weekend plans include Venezia luxury suite, couples massage, Delmonico, Ka, Tao, and shopping/NFL betting/Bouchon dinner on Sunday.

Bellagio fountains would be pretty romantic if you don't mind others being there watching you.

Or, since you are staying at the venetian, you could do it while taking a gondola (is that the right term) ride.

Some guy in Paris LV a couple days ago was telling everybody in sight that he and his chick had just gotten engaged on top of the Paris Eiffel Tower replica. Chick seemed happy enough.

First idea:

During the couples massage give the ring to her massuese and, towards the end, have him slip it on her finger and whisper to her that you want to ask her a question. Be sure to coordinate this well.

Second idea:

There are outdoor gondola rides. Ask the Venetian if they will coordinate a 'Will you marry me (fill in the blank)' on their electronic display during your ride.

Third idea:

Have the waiter at Delmonico put the engagement ring on her dessert plate. Proceed accordingly.

i slipped the ring into the bet circle on a blackjack table at MGM. gf had turned around to tip the cocktail waitress, and when she turned around to bet there was the ring. the pit boss asked the cw to bring back a bottle of champagne for the table, (the table was all of our friends) very nice. we got married on the side of a mountain in tahoe a year later. side note... i had a giant pile of green and red chips pre-engagement stunt, and nothing left about an hour and a half later. still married 10+ years later. good luck.
