Default NL100, river decision?

Villain seems pretty bad. Only 50 hands so no real stats. Is this a fold on the river. Also, any comments on the river reraise?

Yeah seriously. Bet tons on the flop. Your hand is too vulnerable to be slowplayed and this hand is proof.

Ok, that seems pretty obvious, thanks.

This is actually a thinly veiled bad beat post as villain turned over K8h. I'm supposed to get stacked here, right? I'm getting in so many bad situations lately, I'm starting to doubt every damn decision I have to make (not good in the poker).
