i pop the PF to 300 and bet the flop hard.
you got your flop you wanted and you should be more aggressive with this hand. I bet the pot on the flop. the villian got to see his assumed flush way to cheaply when you got the flop you wanted to see.

Yeah, I'd fold too. I'd expect most of the hands that you beat to check behind on the river (AT-A6, KJ, etc.).

Big raises OOP with AQ kind of suck. A raise isn't horrible, but I think completing, early on, is preferred.
