Default Nl 100 TPGK Line against regular

Villian normal tagish stats. Pretty agressive player. He snap called my cbet, which made me think he might have been drawing. Then he turns up the heat on the next to streets. Ok line??

If his most likely holding is a draw after the flop (which I agree it is) why not bet the turn?

agree on the turn bet, but this is cool against aggro players if youre comfortable calling down.

i bet more on the flop and bet the turn then c/c or c/f the river...why do you just hand over the lead like that on the turn?

He turned up the heat because you turned it off, bet the turn.

For pot control? Do we assume AK/set would have raised us on flop?

I agree that a tu rn bet is usually standard. But i felt like if he was on a draw, that checking the turn and checking the river would get more money than leading the turn. If he had a draw after i led the turn, i figured he would just check behind on a blank river. I guess I was trying to get him to fire 2 barrells
