villain is a nit 30/2/1.0, which is why his play smells like a big overpair to me

Raise preflop, bet a bit less on the flop. Turn and river are good.

With those nitty stats I don't see him floating a multiway pot here with that hand.

preflop i almost always raise this.

postflop i think you played it fine.

turn i fold OR against a different player i raise but this never seems to be a semi-bluff or weaker made hand v this type of player, does it?
