Default Calculating $EV to 4 places

I hope y'all can help as this is driving me crazy.

I've got a working calculation to help determine $EV for bubble play in standard sng's. That is to say a formula to determine what % chance of winning you need to have in order to call a push, or push, on the bubble (provided by sheets @ pokerxfactor).

If you're familiar with this formula, or a math geek in general, can you help me figure out how to translate this formula to 4 places instead of the standard 3?

Thank you for that. However, I was actually trying to see the math behind it. Not just the results.
