Can someone explain PAHUD to me?

I've got Pokertracker and I only play MTTs. Is Pahud sold by the same vendor as pt and is it helpful for MTTs? Is it user friendly?

Personally i think it's useless for MTT/STTs. It's essential for cashgames tho.
