Ooh! A bug in Microsoft's program. Looks like it's trying to dereference a null pointer. Somebody forgot to check a return value somewhere I bet.
If you see that, you might as well reboot. |

report error and move on... every time it happens....
actually, one time I had it pop up and say "We may have a solution to your problem" and it actually fixed the issue... but that doesn't usually happen |

The first part of the error is a Memory reference. Type that into a google search and it should refer you to the device that is screwing up. I got something similar and it turns out all I needed to do is update my mouse drivers.

[/ QUOTE ] At least move the downloaded setup files off the desktop for the stuff you already installed (eg the setup files for AdAware, Spybot, Windows update files, drivers, etc). Put them in a downloads folder somewhere in case you need to reinstall them again for some reason. |
