4 BET SQUEEZE FROM A SUPER AGGRO REGULAR 200BB

I didn't think this hand was very interesting while I was playing...but the more I thought, the more interesting it got.

Background:

LP raiser is something like 40/15, pretty laggy, he is prob opening with not much.

BB is probably the most aggro regulars on party, espeacially preflop, he's been 3 betting me light on most days, and more than ever yesterday and I been folding more than I should be.

now in this particular situation, he timed down to like 5 second b4 he made his 4 bet. This is such a ugly spot for me...what to do?
