Default AK Deepstacked. Reraised pot. Trouble?

Very early in my session. I don't have stats on villain. I do know that he c/red my c-bet when we were 100BBs deep with AQ on Qxx board then led the turn and folded to my push. While he was thinking about AQ, he typed in "is this guy good? should I call with AQ here?" and then "I think I got cold-decked but folded." This hand is about 20 minutes later, during which we haven't gotten involved but I've been reraising a decent amount.

On the river, he typed in "I can't beat AA..." and bet after using about half of his timer.

So there you go: you have the same info as I do. How do you like my play up to the river? Who calls here?

This is such a weird hand. Villain obv played this hand strange. I think you are looking at the same hand here a good percentage of the time, TT is possible too.

I cant imagine folding. He could easily be trying to bluff us off 99-QQ here given thats exactly what we have repped thus far. If you dont feel like his range is wide enough to call here then def. fold preflop. But I think pre is fine and I think this is an insta call.
