Way to change to new color of desktop theme for XP?

If you go under Display Properties/Appearance, there is an option for Windows XP Style, and you can choose blue, silver, or olive.

Is there any way to get a slick black theme, like the new Windows Media Player 11 glossy black?

I found a theme here but I can't seem to load it.

I have put it in my Resources folder, but nothing happens.

I just want to figure out how to add a different theme.

I am trying to get as dark a border as possible for multi tabling, that way the table is the focus.

Any suggestions?

Needed Style XP software to load the theme...

go to interfacelift.com for some cool themes. no need to download new software.
