Fold flop. "Floating" on a paired board vs. the blind rep here is troubling. What exactly is he rep'ing 3-way? What is he continuing to rep on this Turn? You only fold a bluff - get stacked otherwise. Calling again is more reasonable than pushing for this reason...but I wouldn't call the flop (not to mention you're not closing the flop action with your call).
