Favorite Comedians/Stand Up

I get a little jittery when I start a new thread (What if this has been talked about before?!)

Anyway, my favorite comedian was/is Mitch Hedberg, but now I've heard (and used) each of his jokes about 1000 times each. I have the Dane Cook CDs, but I'm only semi impressed. Some of it is funny, but some of it is ridiculous and stupid.

Today I bought a Jim Gaffigan CD since I liked the Comedy Central stand up special that he did. I haven't listened to it yet, though.

So, what other comedians out there are good? Who would you say are the top 3 comedians doing active stand up right now?

Lewis Black
David Cross (though his politics may ruin his act for sensitive conservatives.)

I highly recommend all three especially Todd Barry since his act is very unique and it seems he is not that well known.

I saw Dane Cook in Vegas, he was pretty funny but some of it was not funny at all...

I think Jim Florentine is pretty good

and my favorite hands down would be Jim Bruer

Completely forgot about Zach, he is great! I guess He slipped my mind because he doesn't have any CD's out that I know of. I wish he would record some stuff.

This is pretty much how I feel too. He has some awesomely funny bits, but a lot of crap too. Sometimes I feel like he's using a thesaurus to come up with some of his material.
