Re-raise preflop to about 150.
As played, good job. Raising the flop wouldn't do anything, and he's not pushing that turn without at least KK.

I like preflop.
If you 4bet, you are commited to stack off and BB is solid by your description so he is either on a squeeze or a monster.And vs either you don't want to 4bet. I think i might fold the flop. The board is pretty scary and he still fires into 2 callers. Turn is 100% fold.
