Default AK hand from live game, close decision with TPTK after flop

Sorry no real hand history as this if from a live game, but I'll do my best. Game is 1-3, most players have between 40-80 in front of them, me and the villain both have about between 3-4 hundred.

Hero is in the cutoff with AKo. 4 limpers before me, I make it 25 to go trying to get heads up. One callers, villain has made 20 dollar preflop calls all night with any two face cards. Flop comes down A-J-Q rainbow. pot is about $60 before villain leads right into me with $40. What do you guys do here? I'll post the rest after a bit.
