" Captain Tom has been accused of some shady dealings recently. Specifically, an incident where Franklin, who is married, was accused of stealing $12,000 from a 24 year old female professional poker player named Brandi Hawbaker and sexually assaulting her. She decribed this experience on an online poker forum saying: "...The next night, he crawled into bed with me naked. His penis on my back, frighten me, and woke me in the middle of the night...He then started beating me down mentally. I was in no condition after what he did to me..." In her description of her experiences with Tom she also described how his actions led her to attempt suicide.[3] "
