i think you need to bet here like always against the tight dude. if we check behind and he ends up seeing we tried to trick them, they will loosen up a bit against us and eliminate most of the advantages of sitting to the left of a very tight player. as is, the same reason we raise pre-flop (to bloat the pot before we steal it post-flop) is why we need to bet every flop no matter what - they'll give it up again and again. mixing in some check-behinds just costs us money and makes them think more about playing against us.

betting is fine, think of it this way, at least he's not really tricky and made u fold the best hand w/ T9 or sumthing
