Eagles to win the NFC east, good bet?

The futures market on wsex has the Eagles to win the nfc east at $21.00 a share. What's everybody think?

They're a game behind the cowboys but are playing them this coming week. If they win that game they are tied for first in the division and they would be in control as far as tie breaking procedures are concerned as the cowboys would be 0 and 2 against philly for the season.

- oh ya, and for those who don't know, for every 21 dollar share you have , you would be getting a hundred dollars back if your share comes through/wins.

well, if you believe the money line, they're about 26% to beat the cowboys. so to bet this rather than the ML, you'd have to assume the parlay of cowboys winning and eagles losing in week 17 hits less than 20% (1 - 21/26). since the cowboys are going to be monster faves against the lions at home, i doubt this is the case. i would just take the eagles this week if you're so inclined.

EDIT: and cheaply hedge it with a lion/falcon ML parlay if you are worried about that outcome, that covers everything
