Default Top set on Coordinated board

This guy is 46/32/3.7 and he's been 3 betting me a lot PF and betting and raising quite a bit into me on steals or when I c-bet. A few times I've laid down, once I came over the top and he folded, and another time he folded to someone elses flop PSB after he 3 bet me. I have a feeling I'm way ahead of his raising range on this flop, but how bout the push?

UTG calls $2, MP calls $2, CO folds, BTN folds, SB calls $1, Hero checks

SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $7</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $23</font>, MP folds, SB folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $75</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises all in to $238.50</font>... about $160 more to call.

Easy call right?

yeah, easy call. he could have a lower set, some combo flush draw and you're getting a good price.
