Default QJo, flopped trips. NL100

Game is 3-handed nl100.
I have $150, SB has $160, BB has $80
I bet 3,5BB preflop with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], both blinds call. Flop comes Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Both blinds check and I bet 10BB, both blinds call. Turn comes 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and both blinds check again.

What do I do? The only read I had was both villains were loose and passive.

EDIT: My table image is very LAGgy.

You're most likely winning, valuebet down and hope one calls down with a 6, especially given your image. 1/2 - full pot turn bet depending on how much you think they would be willing to call with a 6/mid pp. If river comes a non 3 heart and its checked to you still, I'd go for another valuebet and consider folding to a raise...
