Datamining Stars/FTP (500k hand backlog)

I'm currently datamining these sites for:

1/2
3/6
5/10
10/20

I have a backlog of about 500k or so hands which I can send out.

I send daily updates of mining activities.

datamining at pokerstars is not allowed and will resulst in an account closure.

they specifically state that you ar enot allowed to use statistics that you didnt obtain with own play, IE if you have datamined hands in your pokertracker database youre effectively doing something against their T&C

Seriously wtf? How are stars going to know if you have mined hands in your PTDB?

OOOOOOHHHHHHH you're so right mister nice man sir. I had a drink one time when I was underage and I regret it now because it was illegal and therefore bad. And poker is bad too because it's gambling which is the devil so I should stop playing that too. Seriously man, I along with everybody else draw the line wherever we feel is appropriate, and it's none of your business..

I don't give a crap about Stars' T&C. they're a Profit-making private enterprise with their own agenda. I don't use bots because I think they're unethical. Having stats at my disposal which can give me a very rough idea of a players playing style is on a different level entirely. I'm fine with it. If fish don't want to lose money they should stop playing so stupid.

Poker is actualyl virtuous. It is true justice. It punishes the stupid and rewards the intelligent (instead of the house). Stats just accelerate that.

Using a bot is a hell of lot more ethical than data mining, at least if you are the one who programs the bot. It's ultimately you who are making the decisions and you have no advantage but when you mine you get to see how others play when they don't get to see you play. That is a big advantage and it's cheating.
