Default 50NL - Nut Flush vs. likely full house

No reads. Just wondering what the proper play would be in this scenario. I almost folded due to the way he played it. I could see him playing 88 or TT like this. I think folding could be ok here. Thank you in advance.

I dont mind 3 betting the flop. As played, wehn you bet only $3 on river, you have to call that raise.
