Tardy Partypoker check

Being that i'm from the USA, I cashed out of partypoker on black friday, by check because neteller won't work for me. That was October 14th, and it is now December 17th and I still haven't recieved it. Is there any chance they screwed me over?

I already got the confirmation e-mail form them about 5 days after the request.
