3-bet QJ, turn a pair...why can\'t i ever just miss so i can c/f
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)
SB ($355.95) Hero ($127.30) UTG ($86.85) Button ($248.20) Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 1 fold, Button raises to $3, 1 fold, Hero raises to $10, Button calls $7. Flop: ($20.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero bets $14, Button calls $14. Turn: ($48.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero.. Villain is a solid seeming regular...he might be bad but he's playing fairly tight and he can be aggressive at times. I haven't 3-bet him much so I thought this was a good spot. When he calls the flop I think his range is something like 88+, so the turn queen is both a good and bad card since I pull ahead of some of his range, but I also sometimes make a second best hand. What's my line? |

I'm not a huge fan of your PF RR. One, that's just not a hand I like to 3-bet with, and two, it's too small.
I kinda like a bet/fold here just because if you check/call you're in a weird spot on the river. |
