Turned bottom set, don't like my hand

Turn raiser is 43/0/0.6 and he's pretty passive. Earlier he limp/called KQ preflop and check/called down on two tone QTxx board. He also called my UTG PFR with KQs and never bet with an OESFD. His turn raise makes me think he could have a straight like A4 or 46, or maybe a bigger set - he could probably slowplay that. Shortstack is 26/3/1.5 and I haven't really noticed him.
