Preflop and flop are standard.

Turn is tough. I might check, because it induces a bluff when villain does't has a flush.

When villain pushes over your bet, I think he pretty much has to have the flush.

After villain pushes, the pot is t6410, and it costs you t2285 to call. Your odds are 3.8 to 1, and you have to win 20.8% if making this call is going to be +EV.

You have 10 outs (3 eights, 3 fives, 3 threes and 1 queen), to a lock hand, this gives you an equity of 21.28% against a flush.

Also, villain doesn't always have a flush, so this is a call. I'm glad to see the board pairing on the river, and that you won the hand.
