Stars store always this slow?

Hi everyone,

I love stars, for all the well known reasons. Lately I used a lot of my FPPs to buy more or less useful stuff in their store.

From Oct. 26 to Nov. 17th I purchased about 13-14 items. The books I ordered came very very fast, but some T-shirts, Caps and most importantly the Raymer bubblehead are still to come.

I complained about two weeks ago and was told that the October items should have arrived already and they will be redirected/resent to me.

Complained again yesterday and was told the items were just being shipped.

Wow, it takes them a month to the ship the items I ordered in October - anybody else had to wait this long?

I ordered something about 3 weeks ago styill dont have it...

I ordered a onecall gift cert. and it was emailed the next day. I ordered a camera and it took less than 2 weeks. This is U.S.

I ordered a book over a month ago and haven't gotten it yet.

Oh yeah, I ordered a book once too, and it never came. They said it wasn't in stock after i emailed them and that they'd refund the FPP's to my account. I don't think the FPP's came back.

I ordered one of those stainless steel coffee mugs a few weeks ago. I just got the DHL "it's shipped now" email yesterday.

I got my Harrington books fast, same with the lame stressballs and decks of cards, but my Chris Moneymaker autographed book that I wanted to give my brother has yet to show up.

Maybe Moneymaker is slacking, maybe it's stars, I don't know.
