don't mix family and computers.

no thanks necessary.

I got a call from my uncle in the middle of the day while I was at work and he wanted me to troubleshoot his internet connection from 350 miles. (note: I see him maybe 3 times a year and make 2 minutes of small talk.) I ran through a few basics on his WINDOWS 98 computer and after 10 minutes, I told him to call his ISP. He didn't know who his ISP was. I told him I would have to get back to him because I was at work. I wonder if he's still waiting by the phone?
