Default $50NL - Is my Q-high flush beat here?

Should I have bet more on the flop or turn here? And I can't call this river can I? To me it looks like 66, Ace spade, or even KT.

You're done to a shove after the turn card if you don't want to get stacked

Among other things. Villain could have one of 3-4 hands, all of which got there. The bare ace of spades, 66 or KT.

The 3 bet on the flop was perhaps a little weak, otherwise well played.
