Default ($16) Three awkard mid-game situations

Forgive me if these are trivial. Just trying to work out some situations I'm not sure on. Thanks if you take the time look them over real quick.

I feel awkward standard raising here right around 15BB. I don't feel comfortable just pushing here either with hands like QJ. Folding seems too tight.

Somewhat similar situation. Not exactly sure how to play low pockets at this position and these stack sizes.
