UTGs play doesn't make too much sense either way. The fact that you're crushed or not too far ahead makes it a fold IMO, even getting 2:1.

At first, I would be inclined to call the first all-in. But the UTG raiser is still to act behind me, and that is a major problem. The worst thing to do would be to call, because then UTG has all options available and can make the best decision (push you out if he wants it HU, or milk you thru the rest of the hand).

You could raise the first all-in to try to push UTG out, but you have no info on his hand other than he opened preflop. I wouldn't risk that much $$ not having any idea where I stand.

In summary, the best choice is to fold on the flop and look for a better spot. This sucks and seems weak, but often times the situation is more important than the hand.

What MikeJ said. You are way ahead of MP's range and should call his all in, but as played, folding to UTG is standard.
