Default NL50 6M AK...am I crafty, scared, or stupid?

Been getting pummeled and sucked out on for a few thousand hands. Villain is 19/10/2, solid enough. I had a few big hands going on at once, and misclicked the flop bet, usually bet 5, dunno if he noticed it was smaller than usual.

Should I have made an aggressive move somewhere. Min raise felt like 2 pair, but maybe only because I've been running bad. I was trying to balance out value and not going all in with TPTK against a decent player. Comments on anything, please.

If you put him on 2 pair then it's pretty standard play.

Has he been r/r much before this?

Turn and River bets from him are so weak though, make me think he's got a weak Ace.

I don't feel like I really know what to do here either, but I'm inclined to play it the same way. I probably would fold to a big bet on the turn if it came. It's tempting to lead out on the river, but you could be behind a boat, a weaker A will probably bet anyway, and a busted FD might even bet out. So overall I like the c/c.

Honestly, the river call seems thin. Minraises on the flop from guys like these, IMO on ace high flops are sets a large percent of the time. I probably just call down.

I think a river check raise is crazy, because the ace didn't actually help your hand, and your basically hoping he's doing this with AJ, which is pretty hopeful to begin with. Agree?

I just call.

I think he actually has a set here alot.

Minraise on flop is suspect.

What 2pairs does he call here with? say he had Q5, he knows paired aces just killed his hand, he now has pair of queens + 5 high.

So now most Qx split/beat him.

Ummm, 65 is not likly. so i only see sets tbh.

Now if he had 2pair unlikly but say he does, you really think he'll call your push on river? I dont.

Obv he will call w/FH.

So just call.

People love to min-raise with FDs although it's less likely he has one from his bet on the river. I think I just call his river bet.

I just call the river bet. The reraise on the flop is a very bad sign in my opinion. I think he flopped top 2 or a set here.

One of the few hands I won today...villain had AJ. On the turn I was leaning towards thinking I was beat, but his river bet was small enough that I had my doubts that he was best, and put him on the AJ that C-T-N said, but safely justcalled down and won.

Thanks for the comments.
