UB email problems

Anybody having problems with e-mails from UB?
I've sent them 4-5 e-mails in the last 2 days and no answer.I've sent both from yahoo and google.
I don't understand what seems to be the problem.
On their site I see they have a problem with e-mail accounts on yahoo.(yahoo blocks UB)
I've followed the steps on the site and I don't have UB blocked.
Don't know what to do next...

Be extremely patient. I emailed them about an issue on a Thursday. Heard back on a Sunday. In subsequent dealings, this time frame has been typical.

Out of 6 or so emails I've sent total, they've responded to 2. That may be because some of them were followups due to their horrible response time though.

normal email turnaround time is 3-7 days at UB.

if your email is stupid they probably delete it without replying.
