Default Party $200nl AQ flop my ace and get raised

CO is 39/0/0.4. No real reads, but a few hands previously he had called a raise OOP with TT then check-called a 2-flush flop of 9TQ.

Not sure how many hands you have on this guy but he looks extremely passive and I think you can find a flop fold.

Based on those stats, looks like this guy's pretty passive, so I think a fold is in order.

I'd be tempted to fold. But considering the other hand you've seen him play with the set of tens, you know he's willing to slowplay with a strong hand on drawy board...So what is he raising with? I don't put him on a set based solely on that other read. AK, AQ, AJ?
I'm not sure. it seems suspicious
