Can you fold top2 pair HU?

Harrington writes that toppair is like a set HU. I disagree. I would say Top 2 pair is like a set HU. So if the board is not paired, no flush possible and no straight who make sense like 25 after a raise can you fold top2pair ever? Against a weaktight opponent for example? I play turbos so may be the regulars see it different.

What do you think?

NL HU turbo (tourney) at Pokerstars. Stakes from 11.5-34.5$ (rake is 0.5-1.5$) blinds increase every 5 minutes.

I'd only fold T2P if there was 4 to a straight or flush on board.

^^^ I agree. Cannot fold top 2 otherwise. Once in a great while you will have to pay off a set, but I will still push with top 2 every time except for what penguin described
