Should I have played this any differently?
Maybe take a flop after the minimum reraise?
I put him on AK, but is it right to put your whole tourney on a coinflip even if you know it is a coin flip- especially so early in the tourney?
I know that after I raised it to 650 I was committed.
I just hate putting my tournament on a coin flip.

with QQ it's not a coin flip, you're way ahead of his range if you're raising to 650 you might aswell go all in, I'd re-raise to something like t400, I think you are a bit too deep to shove, but shovings good too.

Without a read that this guy is a solid player, I'd just shove over his stupid min re-raise.

As played, you are committed once you raise to 650. Especially after you looked into his soul and saw he had AK.
