I have been on the worst losing streak i have ever experience in two years of playing poker in the last month. I believe directly related to this as of last week i have been unable to sustain an erection while having sex with my gf due to the fact my mind keeps wandering to the other type of suckout.

My gf said we will break up if this continues to happen as it is really hurting her self confidence. She doesnt know this is due to poker and thinks its because she doesnt turn me on and i dont know what to do. I need a hotstreak to save my relationship.

thats rough dude. ive went through [censored] in my life that caused ED, and it really sucks/is really embarassing, and most girls tend to blame it on themselves.

one thing you need to do is to make sure that youre eating right, sleeping right, and are active. all of these things are huge (especially the last two) in being able to maintain an erection. not to mention they'll boost your confidence if you look good so that helps with the psychological part of ED as well.

the relationship is not just about sex but as with any relationship sex is a big part, u cant sustain a healthy relationship with sex. Its what seperates freinds, and lovers.
