200NL 6max FTP 100BB effective
Hero has A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero opens, both blinds call.

Flop(20):9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
SB checks, BB leads 15, Hero calls, SB folds.

Turn(50):2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB bets 30, Hero calls.

River(110):K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB bets 77, Hero...

How did we get to $20 on the flop? Was this something like $1-$2 blinds, a raise to $7 by you and $1 raked?

Anyway, if you raised pre-flop, he either has a 4 or is jerking you off because you can't have one. You should probably re-raise the flop. If he calls or raises you back, assume he has a 4. Unless he's really aggressive or tricky, he'll probably give it up without a 4 when you bet like you don't believe him.

I have no idea what to do given the play you described [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
