Gin Rummy: A Predators Guide
Has anyone read this book? Can you tell me why it costs $200 (or £200 here in the UK)? Is it worth the money? Can it really be that good?

I have not read it. I am looking for some good 2+2 quality books on the subject. From my cursory checks, most that is out there is questionable.
