post reasons why this craigs list response makes no sense.
got this today:
Hi, I saw your post on cragslist. I am very interested in your place. I just graduated from Harvard. I study real estate. I will start to work in midtown Manhattan in January. I would like to live in your place for 6 months. Maybe I will live much longer. I am not sure yet. I can also do month to month lease. I am a male about 30. I don't smoke and I don't have animal. I'm not seeing a problem here, he's telling you that he don't have animal and that he's quite. Would you prefer that he have animal and only be somewhat?

Give the guy a break, who among us can honestly say they haven't forgotten their age on occasion? And I'm not counting those over achievers that everyone secretly hates.

Typo does not mean he didn't go to Harvard. There are guys pulling 90s at my school and they don't speak a word of English.
