NL100 5max, slowplaying AA preflop, then got minraised on the flop
No reads, villain just joined the table 2 rounds ago.
Meaningful stacks: Button (Hero): 100BB SB (Villain): 90BB Hero: A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Preflop: folded to button, hero raises $4, villan raises to $14, hero calls. FLOP ($29): K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Villain checks, Hero bets $25, Villain raises to $53.. |

Re: NL100 5max, slowplaying AA preflop, then got minraised on the flop
if you call here its going in regardless. i prolly shove here and hope at worst to see kq but i think AK takes this line very often.

Re: NL100 5max, slowplaying AA preflop, then got minraised on the flop
very possible but i see ak taking this line as well. were prolly behind but id hate to drop this to a semi bluff draw. villain is an unknown and i really hate folding AA to unknowns. prolly something i should work on

Re: NL100 5max, slowplaying AA preflop, then got minraised on the flop
Yeah, I thought too that his flop check-minraise pretty effectively defines his hand after 3-betting preflop.
But there are lots of players at Ongame nl100 tables who thinks that tptk = nuts, so I'm a little uncertain |

Re: NL100 5max, slowplaying AA preflop, then got minraised on the flop
Its either the most retarded bluff I ever seen or you're beat, so against an unkown easy fold. I *think* I call and reevaluate on turn but that's just because I hate to fold AA. I never played nl 100 so if your avg player is a monkey (I mean it, a monkey) call and reev turn.
