just because we think we have the best hand does not justify a bet, if the hands we would vb against are all folding.
additionally, people are far more likely to get stubborn with a marginal hand if we bet the turn than if we bet the flop. i would expect villain to check behind the flop most of the time, which leads to a turn valuebet on undercards. if he spikes a 3 to 6 outer, oh well. |

This isn't a too drawy flop to be checking a weak overpair? Is this a big leak betting flops like this w/ JJ? I take it we would check JJ+ then?
